Monster Carp Tackle is strictly an online retail store. We do not have a storefront location that can be visited in person. All orders placed at Monster Carp Tackle will be shipped from our warehouse location in Ontario, Canada. We do not offer local pickup of any orders. We have a flat shipping rate of $9.99 for Canadian orders, and $14.99 for US orders. All orders are shipped Canada Post.
We encourage you to use the customer contact form on our website for any questions you may have. We will respond promptly to all online queries. Customers will be charged GST or HST according to the province you reside in.
All measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of our website, however from time to time we may have occasional instances of errors with pricing, descriptions, or quantities available for purchase. Monster Carp Tackle reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, descriptions, or quantities of our inventory.
What is our shipping policy?
Most weekday orders placed before noon (EST) will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon may ship the same day or the next day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship the next working day. Tracking numbers will be provided via email. The tracking number will not work until Canada Post picks it up and scans it. Please allow at least a day after your item should’ve shipped before inquiring about a tracking number.
In some cases we may ship out items in two separate packages. This may be due to inventory slotted to arrive a few days after your order is placed. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we made an error on your order or if the product is defective. We are not responsible for shipping charges on the customer end for any returns.
What is our refund/exchange policy?
We strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will allow for refund or exchange of any item in new and re-saleable condition within 30 days of the original purchase. Any items returned must have original packaging and accompanying documents contained within in order to receive a full refund. Shipping charges will not be covered by Monster Carp Tackle for any return of items for refund or exchange. Additional shipping will be charged for shipping of any new items in exchanging a customer’s previous purchase.
To initiate a return simply contact us at email@example.com and indicate why you are returning the item. You will be contacted by our staff via email with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have this number make sure to clearly mark the outside of your return package with it. WE WILL REFUSE ANY PACKAGE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A “RA” NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. The RA number helps us to quickly process all items received and get your refund or exchange to you as quickly as possible.
What is our warranty policy?
We do not offer any kind of warranty beyond what the manufacturer stipulates for the specific item(s). All warranty requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
